(A) Permit holders shall monitor and maintain records appropriate to the species documenting cleaning and feeding schedules, veterinary care, pest control, unique identification for each animal, and the disposition of each animal.

(B) An owner applying for a renewal of their existing permit shall

identify animals not on the or iginal registration permit.

(C) Records required by division (A) of section 935.15 of the Revised Code shall be:

(1) Kept at the facility at which the animal is housed;

(2) Submitted to the department within thirty days; and

(3) Retained for one year past the expiration of the permit and any subsequent renewals.
