Chapter 4901:1-37 - Electric Utility and Affiliates
Section 4901:1-37-03 - Applicability

(A) The provisions of this chapter are applicable in accordance with sections 4928.17 and 4928.18 of the Revised Code and apply to:
(1) The activities of the electric
utility and its transactions or other arrangements with its
affiliates.
(2) Any shared services
of the electric utilities with any affiliates.
(3) The sale or transfer of generating
assets.
(B) Nothing in this chapter is to be construed as prohibiting or otherwise impeding an electric utility's ability to conduct activities pursuant to rules 4901:1-38-03 to 4901:1-38-05 of the Administrative Code.
