Section 4901:1-19-12 - Progress reports for alternative rate plans

The commission may request that an applicant provide progress reports during the term of its authorized alternative rate plan. The commission may order such procedures as it deems necessary, consistent with this chapter, regarding such progress reports, including the frequency, form, and content of such reports.
