Section 4758-6-13 - Scope of practice for independent chemical dependency counselors (LICDC) with gambling disorder endorsement

(A) An individual who holds an independent chemical dependency counselor license and a gambling disorder endorsement may do all of the following in addition to those services outlined in rule 4758-6-05 of the Administrative Code:
(1) Diagnose and treat gambling disorder
conditions;
(2) Perform treatment
planning, assessment, crisis intervention, individual,
family, and group counseling, case management, and educational services
insofar as those functions relate to gambling disorder;
(3) Supervise gambling disorder counseling
in accordance with section
4758.62 of the Revised
Code.
