Chapter 4758-5 - Licensure and Certification Requirements
Section 4758-5-10 - Requirements for certification of Ohio prevention consultant (OCPC)
Current through all regulations passed and filed through September 16, 2024
To be certified as a prevention consultant, an individual shall:
(A) Submit a formal application, including:
(B) Provide an official transcript from an accredited school or university that verifies a bachelors degree or higher degree.
(C) Held for a minimum of two years an active OCPS certification while obtaining work experience hours in paragraph (D) of this rule.
(D) Complete a minimum of four thousand hours of compensated work in a combination of paragraphs (D)(1) and (D)(2) of this rule:
(E) Complete the hours of approved education in paragraph (F) of this rule, as follows:
In addition to paragraph (D) of this rule, sixty hours of education:
(F) The education content and minimum hours as follows:
(G) The board shall have sole discretion to determine if documentation submitted is suitable.
