Current through all regulations passed and filed through September 16, 2024
(A) Fees shall be paid by , credit card unless otherwise specified by the Board's executive director on a case-by-case basis for extenuating circumstances.
(B) Fees shall be submitted at the time of the initial application.
(C) Fees are non-refundable.
(D) The fees are as follows:

$ 20.00 per application, $5.00 for each CEU hour after the first hour/per day training. $60.00 Multi-sessions' trainings. $350.00 for CDCA course approval good for two years. A twenty-dollar late fee shall be charged for any program sponsor application not received by the board at least thirty days before the training. |
