Current through all regulations passed and filed through September 16, 2024
(A) Fees shall be paid by , credit card unless otherwise specified by the Board's executive director on a case-by-case basis for extenuating circumstances.
(B) Fees shall be submitted at the time of the initial application.
(C) Fees are non-refundable.
(D) The fees are as follows:

A twenty-dollar late fee shall be charged for any program sponsor application not received by the board at least thirty days before the training. |
