Section 4758-1-01 - Notice

(A) In addition to public notice given in the register of Ohio the board may give public notices pursuant to section 119.03 of the Revised Code, by placing such notice on the board's website and remaining there until the public hearing record is closed.
(B) Any person may ascertain the time and place of any regularly scheduled meetings of the board and the time, place, and purpose of any special meeting of the board by any one of the following methods:
(1)
Viewing the
current meeting schedules on the board's website; or
(2)
Upon request if the request complies with the
following:
(a)
Requestor provided the board with self-addressed, stamped
envelopes:
(b)
The request was made with reasonable advance notice;
and
(c)
The requestor paid any reasonable fees set by the
board, if required.
