Section 4729:3-2-07 - Holding multiple registrations and licenses

Unless otherwise approved by the board or the board's executive director:

(A) A person holding a license as a pharmacist or licensed pharmacy intern shall not hold a concurrent license as a pharmacy technician trainee, registered pharmacy technician, or certified pharmacy technician.

(B) Upon receiving an initial license to practice as a pharmacist or pharmacy intern, the person's registration to practice as a pharmacy technician trainee, registered pharmacy technician, or certified pharmacy technician shall be inactivated.

(C) Nothing in this rule prohibits a licensed pharmacist or pharmacy intern from performing the activities of a certified pharmacy technician, registered pharmacy technician, or pharmacy technician trainee.
