Section 4723-7-08 - Reporting a misdemeanor or felony

(A) An individual licensed or issued a certificate under Chapter 4723. of the Revised Code shall report any of the following to the board within 30 days of a conviction of, a plea of guilty to, a judicial finding of guilt of, a judicial finding of guilt resulting from a plea of no contest to, or a judicial finding of eligibility for a pretrial diversion or similar program or for intervention in lieu of conviction for:
(1)
Any felony;
(2)
Any misdemeanor
with a direct and substantial relationship to practice under Chapter 4723. of
the Revised Code;
(3)
Violating of any municipal, state, county, or federal
drug law; and
(4)
Any DUI/OVI or physical control while under the
influence.
(B) This requirement is in addition to any other reporting requirement including reporting all information required during the licensure or certificate application or renewal process.
