Section 4713-1-18 - Boutique services registration education

(A) Individuals applying for a boutique service registration are required to submit proof of completing the equivalent of an Ohio tenth grade education per section 4713.69 of the Revised Code.
(B) Notwithstanding the provisions of paragraph (A) of this rule, the board may grant an education waiver under the following conditions:
(1)
The individual filing the application received their primary
or secondary education outside of the United States and cannot provide proof of
education;
(2)
The individual filing the application resided outside
of the United States and did not receive an equivalent
education.
(C) A board-provided waiver application is made by the individual applying for the registration.
