Section 4503-1-01 - Meetings of the Ohio reciprocity board

(A) All meetings of the Ohio reciprocity board shall be open to the public.

(B) Any person may determine the time and place of all regularly scheduled meetings, if any, and the time, place and purpose of all special meetings of the Ohio reciprocity board by writing to the office of the Attorney General, State Office Tower, Columbus, Ohio 43215, or by telephoning the office of the Attorney General at (614) 466-3376.

(C) Any person may, upon request and the payment of a reasonable fee obtain reasonable advance notification of all meetings of the Ohio reciprocity board at which any specific type of public business is to be discussed.

(D) The minutes of each meeting of the Ohio reciprocity board shall be promptly recorded and open to public inspection.
