Chapter 4146-21 - Appeals Re Eligibility Notice
Section 4146-21-02 - Matters which may be considered
In a hearing pursuant to an appeal transferred by the director from a director's determination or redetermination finding that an eligibility notice was not timely and/or properly filed, the only issue which will be considered by the review commission or the hearing officer will be whether or not the notifying employer met the requirements for becoming an interested party under the provisions of division (F) of section 4141.28 of the Revised Code.
