The applicant, claimant or employer may submit a complaint related to the service they received in the traditional unemployment insurance program. Customers may file a complaint online by visiting the ODJFS unemployment homepage. All complaints will be logged, referred to the area within the agency that the complaint pertains to, and thoroughly researched. The complainant will receive a same-day response from the agency. This complaint is not to be used in place of appeal processes as found in section 4141.281 of the Revised Code or the notice of eligibility process as found in section 4141.28 of the Revised Code.
