The administrator of workers' compensation, with the advice and consent of the bureau of workers' compensation board of directors, has authority to approve the classification of occupations or industries pursuant to sections 4121.12, 4121.121, and 4123.29 of the Revised Code. The administrator hereby establishes the following classifications of occupations or industries to be effective July 1, 2024, as indicated in the appendix to this rule, the classification of occupations or industries that is based upon the national council on compensation insurance as required by division (A)(1) of section 4123.29 of the Revised Code.
