Section 4101:9-1-08 - Renewal of licenses

Application for renewal of a license shall be filed sixty days before the expiration date of the original license or at any time that a material change occurs in the conditions of employment as stated in the original application. If such application has been filed prior to the expiration date of the license, the license shall remain in effect until the application for renewal has been granted or denied.
