Section 3769-3-08 - Records to be maintained

The permit holder shall maintain complete records of all wagering so the commission may, upon review, ascertain for any race the opening line and subsequent odds fluctuations, the amount and at which windows wagers were placed on any betting interest, and such other information as the commission may from time to time require. A copy of such wagering records shall be retained by each permit holder and safeguarded for a period of not less than one year from the close of the meeting and may not be destroyed without permission of the commission.
