Section 3769-2-28 - Conduct by licensee

All persons licensed pursuant to the provisions of rules 3769-2-24 and 3769-2-25 of the Administrative Code will, while in attendance at racing meetings, conduct themselves in a respectful and temperate manner. With the exception of officers and employees of permit holders whose duties include the entertainment of patrons, and then only to the extent of drinking at public bars with patrons so entertained, no officers or employees of any permit holder will consume any alcoholic beverages while in attendance during racing hours at racing meetings conducted by such permit holder. Reasonable care will be exercised by officers of permit holders to assure that these provisions are not violated.
