Section 3769-16-12 - Claiming prices determined

Current through all regulations passed and filed through December 16, 2024

(A) A claimed horse may be entered in subsequent claiming races for such claiming price as the claimant of said horse may determine.

(B) Any horse scratched from a claiming race must race for the same claiming price or less in its next start and its next start must be a claiming race or until thirty days has passed.
