Section 3769-15-02 - Entry licensing requirements

No horse may be permitted to race in this state unless the owner, trainer, and driver shall have been granted a current license by the commission or shall have made application for a license accompanied by the proper fee as prescribed in rule 3769-12-24 of the Administrative Code and which application shall not have been rejected. It shall be the duty of the racing secretary to enforce this rule.
