Chapter 3745-555 - Solid Waste Transfer Facilities
Section 3745-555-400 - License application requirements and procedures

(A) An applicant for a license shall comply with Chapter 3745-501 of the Administrative Code.

(B) In the case of an initial license, when the approved health district is the licensing authority, the licensing authority shall not issue a solid waste transfer facility license until the owner or operator has submitted a construction certification report in accordance with rule 3745-555-500 of the Administrative Code and the licensing authority has received written concurrence from Ohio EPA.

(C) In the case of an initial license, when the director is the licensing authority, Ohio EPA shall not issue a solid waste transfer facility license until Ohio EPA has concurred with the construction certification report submitted in accordance with rule 3745-555-500 of the Administrative Code.
