Section 3745-18-92 - Williams county emission limits

(A) No owner or operator of any coal-fired steam generating unit in Williams county, unless otherwise specified in this rule, shall cause or permit the emission of sulfur dioxide from any source to exceed a maximum of 2.6 pounds of sulfur dioxide per MM Btu actual heat input.

(B) The "Stryker Substation Peaker" (OEPA premise number 0386000006) or any subsequent owner or operator of the "Stryker Substation Peaker, 101 Railroad street, Stryker, Ohio" shall not cause or permit the emission of sulfur dioxide from turbine W251G (OEPA source number P002) to exceed a maximum of 0.7 pounds of sulfur dioxide per MM Btu actual heat input.

(C) The "Bryan Municipal Utilities" (OEPA premise number 0386010200) or any subsequent owner or operator of the "Bryan Municipal Utilities, 225 South Emmet Street, Bryan, Ohio" shall not cause or permit the emission of sulfur dioxide from gas turbine numbers 6 and GT-1 (OEPA source numbers P004 and P005) to exceed a maximum of 0.5 pounds of sulfur dioxide per MM Btu actual heat input from each turbine.
