Section 3745-18-63 - Montgomery county emission limits
Current through all regulations passed and filed through September 16, 2024
(A) No owner or operator of any coal-fired steam generating unit in Montgomery county, unless otherwise specified in this rule, shall cause or permit the emission of sulfur dioxide from any source to exceed a maximum of 1.5 pounds of sulfur dioxide per MM Btu actual heat input.

(I) The " Tait Generating Station" (OEPA premise number 0857043333) or any subsequent owner or operator of the " Tait Generating Station, 2101 Arbor Blvd., Moraine, Ohio" shall not cause or permit the emission of sulfur dioxide from oil-fired IC units T-1 to T-4 (OEPA source numbers B507 to B510) to exceed a maximum of 0.5 pounds of sulfur dioxide per MM Btu actual heat input from each unit.

(M) The " O.H. Hutchings CT" (OEPA premise number 0857780013) or any subsequent owner or operator of the " O.H. Hutchings CT , 9200 Chautauqua Road, Miamisburg, Ohio" shall not cause or permit the emission of sulfur dioxide from turbine number 7 (OEPA source number B007) to exceed a maximum of 0.5 pounds of sulfur dioxide per MM Btu actual heat input.
(N) The " Yankee Street " (OEPA premise number 0857810015) or any subsequent owner or operator of the " Yankee Street , 9975 Yankee Street, Dayton, Ohio" shall not cause or permit the emission of sulfur dioxide from turbine numbers y-1 to y-7 (OEPA source numbers B001 to B007) to exceed a maximum of 0.5 pounds of sulfur dioxide per MM Btu actual heat input from each turbine.
