A licensee shall maintain a record of safety instructions required by rules 3701:1-58-38, 3701:1-58-46of the Administrative Code, and the operational and safety instructions required by rule 3701:1-58-58 of the Administrative Code, for three years. The record must include a list of the topics covered, the date of the instruction, the name(s) of the attendee(s), and the name(s) of the individual(s) who provided the instruction.
