Section 3364-61-08 - University access restrictions

(A) Policy statement
The use of and access to university property or facilities will at all times be consistent with all applicable federal, state and local laws and administrative rules and management directives of the state of Ohio, and the university of Toledo, including, but not limited to, chapters 3345 and 3364 of the Revised Code.
(B) Purpose
To regulate the use of the University's land and facilities consistent with the mission of the university and provide a fair, just, and objective process to restrict access to the university premises for persons who exhibit behavior detrimental to the University as defined by this policy and procedure.
(C) Scope
The policy and procedure governs all persons on university property and applies to all university of Toledo owned or leased land. This policy and procedure does not limit the ability of university officials from taking actions that may be warranted by the circumstances.
