In accordance with section 2917.211 of the Revised Code, the board of trustees of Clark state college did adopt on November 19, 1968, the regulation that it is unlawful for persons other than enrolled students, staff, and faculty to trespass, loiter, or remain in the buildings, or upon the grounds or premises without the permission of the president or an employee to whom he or she may delegate this authority.
