(A) The following behavioral expectations of employees and students are intended to protect the health, safety, and well-being of all individuals associated with the college:
(1) The unlawful manufacture, distribution,
dispensing, possession, or use of a controlled substance or alcohol is
prohibited on campus or at college activities off-campus.
(2) The use of a controlled substance shall
be permitted if use of the particular drug is permitted by law and has been
authorized as a use for medicinal purposes.
(3) Violations of this policy shall result in
appropriate disciplinary measures being taken.
(B) Any bid submitted by a contractor that is not enrolled in a (BWC) drug-free program or have a program that (BWC) has determined to be comparable shall have their bid deemed non-responsive and not eligible for the award of contract(s).
