Section 3358:11-3-13 - Student records review policy
Current through all regulations passed and filed through September 16, 2024
(A) Purpose. An Owens community college student has the right to inspect and review their own personally identifiable records, and the right to make an appeal to challenge the content of those records. A student may make an appeal in accordance with rule 3358:11-3-64 of the Administrative Code (student non-academic appeal).
(B) Implementation. The chief student affairs officer or designee will implement procedures, guidelines and forms, which are consistent with the provisions of this rule.
