Section 3335-21-04 - Administration of violations

The parking operator shall be responsible for the administrative processing of all parking tickets and otices of violations.

(A) Records of violations. The parking operator shall maintain records of all violations in accordance with the concession agreement.

(B) Investigation of accidents. Traffic control officers shall investigate noninjury related traffic accidents, which occur outside the public roadway, and shall request university police assistance, if needed for such accident investigations. Traffic control officers shall investigate other accidents at the request of the university police.

(C) Accident reports. University police shall maintain all accident reports taken on university property. Such reports shall be maintained and filed in a manner authorized by the chief of police.

(D) Emergency and experimental :

(1) The university is hereby authorized to make effective the provisions of university and to make and enforce experimental rules and regulations to cover emergencies or special conditions.

(2) The university may test traffic control devices under actual conditions of traffic.
