No person shall operate any vehicle on the roads within any nature preserve or natural area in excess of twenty miles per hour, except when otherwise posted with traffic signs by the department.
It shall be unlawful for any person to commit any act by use or operation of any vehicle on any nature preserve or natural area which if act committed on a public highway or street in the state of Ohio would be prohibited and unlawful.
