Section 122:32-1-02 - Eligible properties

Eligible properties are commercial and residential buildings
and include revitalization of surrounding properties on sites that are not
brownfields.
(A) Commercial buildings are those that were used for retail, office, manufacturing, industrial, industrial warehousing, institutional, or other non-residential or mixed-use (meaning any mix of these uses or a mix of residential and commercial uses) purposes.
(B) Residential properties refer to a structure that is on land zoned for residential use; is being used as a residential dwelling; had been used as a residential dwelling; or is connected to any structure that is currently used or has previously been properly used as a mixed-use residential dwelling.
