Section 93-02-02.1-07 - Qualifications for commissioned security officers

To qualify for registration as a commissioned security officer, an individual must provide three thousand hours of private security service as a registered security officer, in addition to at least one thousand hours as an apprentice security officer, and complete an additional eighty hours of in-person or live remote classroom instruction as required by the board.
