The examination to become a certified water well contractor, pump and pitless unit installer, or monitoring well contractor shall be given four times each year, during the months of February, May, August, and November. The exact date shall be announced by the appointed examination representative to all persons known to be interested, at least thirty days before the date established for the giving of the examinations.
