Title 86 - Veterans' Affairs, Administrative Committee on

The Administrative Committee on Veterans' Affairs is not an administrative agency as defined by North Dakota Century Code section 28-32-01 except with respect to rules relating to the supervision and government of the veterans' home and the implementation of programs or services provided by the veterans' home. However, for public information purposes the committee has placed all its rules in the style and format required for the North Dakota Administrative Code and the rules of the committee are published as title 86.
