Title 83 - Trade Commission

The trade commission was established by the 1965 legislative assembly and was funded with an initial appropriation of fifty thousand dollars. Subsequent legislative assemblies have not appropriated any funds to continue the trade commission. Consequently, the trade commission has not functioned for several years. For all intents and purposes, the trade commission may be considered defunct.
