An applicant for registration as a landscape architect may be admitted to the examination upon evidence that the applicant's education and experience meets the current standards established by the council of landscape architectural registration boards, which are hereby adopted by the board in accordance with North Dakota Century Code chapter 43-03-13. Such evidence shall be established by the applicant's council record.
