In accordance with the concept in the law that architecture or landscape architecture is a personal service to the public, the board supports any architectural practice within any legal structure as long as the corporate structure and operating agreements reflect that an architect retains responsible and complete control and individual responsibility for performing architectural services. Within any legal structure or operating agreements the architect performing or in responsible control of the professional services must be identified and that corporate structure and operating agreements must not be used to shield unlicensed practice.
