Section 75-07-02-01 - Definitions

As used in this chapter, unless the context or subject matter otherwise requires:
1. "Application" means a written request of two or more counties for reimbursement of actual costs incurred in the development of a multicounty social service district plan.
2. "County" means the board of county commissioners.
3. "Department" means the department of human services.
