Section 67-23-07-03 - Grant payments for postsecondary transition programs

Current through Supplement No. 394, October, 2024

1. In order to receive integrated formula payments as described in North Dakota Century Code section 15.1-32-21.1, postsecondary transition programs must be:

a. Proven to be successful for students with intellectual and developmental disabilities; and

b. An established program with evidence of results.

2. The superintendent of public instruction shall review and approve postsecondary transitional programs and develop a system for the distribution of payments to the postsecondary transition program necessary to implement this section.
