All vehicles and loads exempt from width limitations must meet the mirror requirements required in North Dakota Century Code chapter 39-21. Every motor vehicle must be equipped with a mirror so located as to reflect to the driver a rear view of the highway for a distance of at least two hundred feet [60.96 meters].
