(a) The rules in this Subchapter shall apply to the following:
(1) probationary, time-limited, and permanent
employees;
(2) employees appointed
to exempt policy-making positions, exempt managerial positions, confidential
secretary, confidential assistant, and all chief deputy positions;
and
(3) employees in trainee
classifications.
(b) The rules in this Subchapter shall not apply to temporary employees.
