Appraising the following types of properties qualifies as residential appraisal experience:

(a) residential single-family;

(b) residential multi-family of 2 - 4 units;

(c) residential vacant lot (1 - 4 family property); and

(d) farm properties consisting of less than 100 acres and a homestead.
