The State Licensing Board for General Contractors, hereinafter referred to as the "North Carolina Licensing Board for General Contractors" or "the Board," is located in Raleigh, North Carolina; its mailing address is 5400 Creedmoor Road, Raleigh, North Carolina 27612.
