(a) The auctioneer license examination shall test the applicant's knowledge of the following subjects:
(1) a working knowledge of the
auction business including conduct of auctions, auctioneering ethics, contract
drafting, bid calling, basic mathematical computations and percentages,
advertising, settlement statements, and laws and rules that relate to the
auctioneering profession;
(2) the
provisions of the licensing law; and
(3) the rules of this Subchapter.
(b) The auction firm license examinations shall test the applicants knowledge of the following;
(1) the provisions of the licensing law;
and
(2) the rules of this
Subchapter.
