In addition to the grounds for revocation listed in Rule .0801 of this Section, the license of any commercial driver training instructor shall be revoked if his driver's license is suspended or revoked of if he accumulates seven or more points, as a result of being convicted of moving violations, in a 12 month period. Reinstatement of the commercial driver training instructor's license shall follow the same procedure as an application for a new license.
