(a) The permittee shall complete reclamation of all disturbed land within two years pursuant to G.S. 113-421(a3).
(b) The permittee shall notify the Department in writing within 30 calendar days following completing reclamation.
(c) The Department shall monitor the well site for compliance with the following standards:
(1) the vegetative cover shall be maintained
for a period of one year after the notice has been given before the disturbed
land bond under Rule .1404 shall be released by the surface owner;
and
(2) the filled or graded areas
shall be maintained so as to avoid the formation of depressions or standing
pools of water until reclamation is complete.
