Remediation systems shall adhere to the following setbacks, unless greater setbacks are required to comply with minimum horizontal distance requirements set by the Division pursuant to 15A NCAC 02L .0107:

Feet

Any habitable residence or place of public assembly under separate ownership or not to be maintained as part of the project site

Any well with the exception of a Division-approved groundwater monitoring well

Surface waters (such as intermittent and perennial streams, perennial waterbodies, and wetlands)

Surface water diversions (such as ephemeral streams, waterways, and ditches)

Groundwater lowering ditches (where the bottom of the ditch intersects the seasonal high water table)
