(a) Owners and operators shall maintain at each underground storage tank location a current diagram that indicates, for each underground storage tank:
(1) location with respect to property
boundaries and any permanent on-site structures;
(2) total storage capacity, in
gallons;
(3) the exact type of
petroleum product (such as unleaded gasoline, No. 2 fuel oil, diesel) or
hazardous substance stored; and
(4)
the year the tank was installed.
(b) The diagram shall be made available for inspection to authorized representatives of the Division.
