(a) The owner or operator of any volatile organic compound emission source or control equipment shall:
(1) install, operate, and
maintain process and control equipment monitoring instruments or procedures as
necessary to comply with the requirements of this Section; and
(2) maintain written data and reports
relating to monitoring instruments or procedures that document the compliance
status of the volatile organic compound emission source or control equipment.
Such data and reports shall be maintained daily unless otherwise specified in
this Section.
(b) The owner or operator of any volatile organic compound emission source or control equipment subject to the requirements of this Section shall comply with the monitoring, recordkeeping, and reporting requirements in 15A NCAC 02D .0600.
