Section 16 .1106 - CONSIDERATION OF EXPERIENCE

(a) The Board shall consider any practical experience gained prior to the application date. The Board shall not consider experience claimed by the applicant if the experience was:
(1) gained by contracting
private protective services to another person, firm, association, or
corporation while not in possession of a valid private protective services
license; or
(2) gained when
employed by a company contracting private protective services to another
person, firm, association, or corporation while the company is not in
possession of a valid private protective services license.
(b) The Board shall consider any educational experience referred to in Rule .1105 of this Section.
