Section 11 .0104 - DISCIPLINARY ACTIONS

(a) The Board may deny, suspend, or revoke a license or registration in accordance with G.S. Chapter 74D and Title 12, NCAC, Chapter 11.
(b) The Board may issue a written reprimand to a holder of a license or registration identification card when the Board determines:
(1) the holder has violated any of
the provisions of 12 NCAC Chapter 11 or G.S. Chapter 74D that were applicable
to the holder;
(2) the violation
did not result in the physical injury of any person or property loss to any
person; and
(3) the holder
expresses an intention to or already has corrected the improper
activity.
(c) A notice of any disciplinary action shall be sent to the employer of the holder, the qualifying agent and the holder.
(d) Evidence of disciplinary action may be presented and considered at any subsequent disciplinary proceeding of the holder.
